1. General

These Terms of Sale apply to every order placed on the official Silence website.

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms in full.

Silence reserves the right to change these terms at any time.
The version in force when you place your order is the one that applies.

2. Products

Silence sells products intended for personal use only.

We do our best to show our products faithfully. Even so, small differences in color, packaging or appearance can occur depending on your screen, the batch, or packaging updates.

Products are offered while stocks last.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout.
Applicable taxes are added in accordance with the rules in force.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Silence reserves the right to change its prices at any time.
The price charged is the one confirmed when your order is placed.

4. Orders

Once your order goes through, you'll receive a confirmation email acknowledging it (this acknowledgment is not final acceptance).

Silence reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order, in particular where:

  • the product is unavailable

  • payment fails or is declined

  • fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected

If payment has already been taken, a refund will be issued.

5. Payment

Payment in full is due when you place your order.

Accepted payment methods include:

  • credit and debit cards

  • Shop Pay

  • Apple Pay

  • Google Pay

  • Interac (where available)

All transactions are handled through secure, encrypted payment systems.

6. Shipping and delivery

Orders are normally packed and shipped within 24 to 48 business hours.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the shipping method chosen at checkout.

Silence cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs procedures, or events outside our control.

A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships.

7. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund policy.

Because of the hygiene rules that apply to our products:

  • Products that have been opened, used or tried cannot be physically returned

  • A 60-day satisfaction guarantee may apply in certain cases

  • A refund may be granted without returning the product, at the discretion of Silence

Except where a product is faulty, arrived damaged, or was sent in error, return shipping is paid by the customer.

8. Product use & important notice

Silence products must be used as instructed.

They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

If you have a particular sensitivity, known allergies, or an unusual reaction, we recommend testing first and speaking to a healthcare professional if needed.

Silence cannot be held responsible for adverse effects caused by misuse, failure to follow the instructions, or individual sensitivities.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Silence cannot be held liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of its products.

Where liability is established, it will be limited to the amount paid for the product concerned.

10. Force majeure

Silence cannot be held responsible for any delay or failure caused by events outside its control, including:

  • natural disasters

  • strikes

  • outages

  • transport or logistics disruption

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms of sale are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Any dispute will be brought before the competent courts, subject to any mandatory consumer protection provisions.
